How can I return my item? 

We want you to be 100% satisfied - if you would like to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the delivery date. 

To return your order please send it to the following address and make sure you include a slip with your order number inside.

**Only products returned in perfect condition, free from pet hair and in their original packaging will be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Can I get a tracking number? 

If you are shipping an item please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you choose to return your item using normal untracked delivery then please ensure you get proof of postage otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return. 

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

  • If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. 

 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: 

  • Perishable goods such as dog treats cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards
  • Gift sets
  • Grooming Items
  • All free items from Naughty Pet promotion 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or credit card provider.  It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and handmade items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged if the item is in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@naughtypet.nyc and we will provide further directions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders placed through the Naughty Pet website will be processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated Delivery starts when your order ships.

ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND OR ON HOLIDAY will be processed on the next business day. 

ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND PROCESSED you will receive an email with the appropriate tracking and order information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Once it has been delivered, please allow up to 7 business days so our team may process your return package. Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, Naughty Pet will issue a refund to the original payment method and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Refunds are typically reflected within 5-10 business days of being issued. However, your financial institution may require additional time to process your refund.

Please note we are only able to offer one complimentary exchange per order. If you are experiencing sizing issues, please contact our Customer Experience team for further assistance.
